Hello, my name is Julia. I have a Master degree in Wine Sciences and a Sommelier diploma. I studied wine in Spain, France and Portugal. My knowledge comes from academic courses, constant self-education, numerous field trips and of course working experience. Each of these steps of my life gave me new knowledge and opened up an amazing and very complex world of wine, connected with gastronomy, history, geography, culture. I love to study it, to taste it and to share it. My aim here is to create for you a journey to the wonderful world of wine, making it interesting and enjoyable.
We will taste magnificent wines from the best winemaking regions of France : Champagne, Bourgogne, Bordeaux, Rhone Valley and some original surprises await you.
Wine tasting takes place in a secluded and comfortable environment, where nothing will stop you from relaxing and enjoying great wines.
Wine is an important part of our gastronomic enjoyment. That is why our wine tasting is accompanied by a fine selection of cheese and charcuterie.
Besides sharing the great wines with you, the goal is to make the experience educative and informative. I have academic degrees, work experience and a great passion for wine and more than happy to share my knowledge with you.
I will share with you interesting facts about grapes, winemaking and wine tasting. I help you to understand the wine world better through stories hidden behind each label.
I select classic wines and tastes of French culture. On the other hand I also try to add a wine which can surprise you being an amazing discovery. Elegance and quality of the wine matters for me more than label.
